As the founder of the company Sunil is a fellow member of RICS and the past chairman of RICS Sri Lanka. He brings over 52 years of experience in valuation, investment and property advisory services to the practice. He has held numerous senior executive posts including the post of Government Chief Valuer in two countries with international exposure in Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Nambia & Sri Lanka. Furthermore over a span of 11 years he was an expert in valuation for projects funded by the UNDP and the Commonwealth Secretariat.
As the co-founder of Sunil Fernando & Associates (Pvt) Ltd, Manju He brings over 25 years of senior management experience to the company. In 1995 he co-founded Millennium Information Technologies, a global technology solution provider for Stock Exchanges and financial institutions acquired by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). Manju is a versatile and futuristic leader steering the company into new avenues.
Kithsiri has over 30 years’ experience in working with leading brands in the competitive retail, heavy machinery, automotive, Marine industry as well as extensive experience in Real Estate. His Career has given him experience across 4 different continents in Africa (Zambia and Botswana),North America (Canada), Australia and Asia (Sri Lanka). He is a member of the Institute of Engineers & Technicians, UK.
Dilshan has held senior management roles in several industries across three continents over 25 years since the commencement of his career at Deloitte & Touche, Chartered Accountants in Southern Africa. Dilshan followed a specialist area of research for his Doctoral Degree at AIT (Thailand) on ‘Valuation’ and ‘transformation/differentiation’ of Intangible Assets including Intellectual Property management and the Knowledge Transfer Process thereof.
Nalin has an active history of 35 years in the construction and property industries in the public and private sectors with over 20 years at director level, responsible for leading, managing and coordinating projects valued up to £ 500m. He is a built environment professional with a Chartered Surveyor background (Chartered Construction Surveyor) and was the Head of Property Asset Management for the City of Plymouth UK and was the Property Director for the City of Sheffield UK. He is currently functioning in the capacity of Director for City Centre Development for Sheffield City Council. Nalin is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, Manufacturing and Commerce.
